To begin with, Japan's men's national team is all about speed and agility which helps them fgool the opponent teams, they are known for powerful and precise attacks, quick transitions and precise ball sets. Meanwhile the women's national team is known for playing a fast paced game but along with that they are also known for thier precise and powerful attacks. And a smooth tranistion from defense to attack and visa-versa.

France
France is known to have some of the strongest and smartest volleyball players. With the men’s team winning the paris olympics and the 2024 VNL(volleyball nations league).
France’s champions consisted of players like Earvin Ngapeth who is known for his creative and powerful attacks and his major contribution to the team. Other than him the other players of the main team are also equally versatile with their roles and other positions which make the team play at a whole nother level. The men’s national team also excels in blocking, serving and receiving. The team has Benjamin Tonitutti, setter, who is one of the best setters in the world and is known for setting impossible balls and bringing the team back in the game with his strategic sets and planning. Now moving over to the women’s team who have a comparatively slower game pace but are known for having versatility and strong attacks. With hitters like Laure Chetcuti and Lucille Giquel who have achieved excellence in attaking and spiking which makes their shots powerful, precise and dynamic. The team has good communication which helps them transition smoothly on the court and midpoint. The defense of the team is also strong with players like Alexandra Dascalu and Christelle Miko who also ensure that the ball is properly defended at the net. The team also has Héléna Cazaute who can set balls dynamically and precisely making the attack and defense transitions seamless and also make split second decisions to set the ball at the right spot during the game.
